All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out and a tracking number will be emailed to you.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and carrier delays

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order directly in your account on our website.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Free Premium Shipping on orders $59 and up

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies to orders under $59

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.
